Here are two examples of a typical retreat day:

Day Two:

  • 7.30 am – 9.00 am Yoga class
  • 9.00 am – 10.00 am Breakfast
  • 10.00 – 11.00 am Mindfulness
  • 11.00 am – 4 pm Free time
  • 4 pm – 5.30 pm Yoga class
  • 6.30 pm – Group dinner
  • 8.00 pm – Guided meditation

 

Day Five:

  • 7 am – 8.30 am Yoga class
  • 8.30 am – 9.00 am Breakfast
  • 9.30 am – 12.00 pm Guided tour
  • 12 pm – 4 pm Free time
  • 4 pm – 5.30 pm Yoga class
  • 6.30 pm – Group dinner
  • 8.00 pm Guided meditation

 

The daily classes and activities will vary, and we try to give you a variety of activities and balance them with free time.
