|How did you do in week two with drinking only ‘real’ drinks and leaving the sugar out of drinks? This might have been new to you or maybe that was something you were already doing. Well done!
This week, in week three diet focus, is on eating only locally raised meat (about 100 km radius) and reducing meat in your diet. Have other alternative proteins too like fish, halloumi, tofu, chickpeas and other pulses, falafel etc.
Of course, if you are a vegetarian I’m not encouraging you to start eating meat but rather to focus on eating more protein in your diet. Often as a vegetarian, we don’t eat enough protein and more starch and carbohydrates. See if this applies to you and if you could eat more protein.
I will share more info about protein soon.
We are moving more into eating only real food slowly.
