Join Yoga teacher, Jamila Knopp, for a weekend of wellness. These retreats will be an exploration of yoga & mindfulness, with yoga classes and guided meditations. The yoga classes will be hatha yoga and restorative yoga type classes and are suitable for everyone – from beginners to more experienced.
In between classes, you can enjoy your free time at this delightful resort. Go for a walk in the bush or along the beach, swim in either the indoor or outdoor pool, relax in the spa pool, sauna, steam room, or just read a book on the sun deck overlooking the breathtaking Kaiteriteri beach.
You will depart refreshed, inspired and rejuvenated and ready to embrace life with a new perspective.
