Get to the Heart of Your Concerns
Typically, a private mindfulness session starts with a conversation and continues with a focused, guided, mindfulness meditation bringing awareness and reflection to the specific challenges identified during the initial conversation.
My private mindfulness sessions are designed to go to the heart of your concerns. It’s a good idea to start with one session, to see how it feels. Typically, four to six private sessions will be enough to address a particular issue and to establish a personal practice.
Practising mindfulness can be helpful as a standalone practice, as a complement to other forms of therapy, or as the first step in a journey towards wholesome long term changes.
Each private session is typically 60 minutes long. After each session you will receive a 15-20 minute guided mindfulness meditation audio file for your home practice.
