Do You Have Ama (Toxins)?

Ayurveda talks a lot about Ama — toxins that build up in the body due to an improper diet or lifestyle or pollution and provide a fertile breeding ground for disease.

We can eat the best food but if we can’t digest it properly, we will be on the path to creating some sort of Ama. Malfunctioning Agni creates Ama. Ama is undigested food that turns into toxins and is responsible for most diseases because it clogs channels in the body and mind.

You might like to fill out the questionnaire below to get a level of indication of toxins that could be present in your body.
